What started out as a way to cleverly review toys turned into a toy soap opera that is all over the place and has been entertaining myself and hopefully a few others for years now. Titled in many different ways since 2012, All My Toys captures the love I have for toys and storytelling. I recently started sharing new episodes on Instagram, and while that has been fun, I miss the longer format that I have with sharing them here. So All My Toys will be back on this blog! For now I am planning on posting what was shared on Instagram, starting with Episode 186. Click the link for more!
All My Toys looked very different on IG. There were dialogue bubbles and stories that could only be captured in ten photos. I had to get creative. Either way, enjoy 186, which was originally posted on January 2nd, 2020.
Well this will give me a chance to catch up! I'm impressed how easily you've adjusted to the comics format. You simply must tell me where you get your speech balloons and font as I'm hoping to get a comics project of my own off the ground.

How long before the Corona did you right this?
Yes! I figured it would be a fun and easy way to catch up on everything. I use the app called Captions to create these comics. It really is easy to use. I don't know that I will keep doing it that way because it is best for shorter dialogue, but I do use it for other toy stories. I would look into it. I think it was like a few dollars to use all the features.
