Hello dear readers! For those who enjoy reading the latest chapter of Adora's Search for Honor on their Saturday, I have a bit of tragically depressing news. I couldn't finish it in time. It has been a bit of a weekend I must say.
First of all I have been busy Internet stalking all the latest news from the San Diego Comic Con. I have been checking out some fantastic toy sites to get all the latest on what I will be obsessing over in the next year. Needless to say I will be obsessing over a lot.
I was also stranded at a Target for what felt like an eternity. When cars stall, who ya gonna call? (Spoiler alert: my dad!)
Simply put, I have been all over the place. However I have started some of Chapter 25. (I haven't been totally unproductive.) I just wasn't going to finish it in time for She-Ra Saturday. Have no fear though, I will get it ready sometime next week as well as boldly trying to do another chapter for next week's She-Ra Saturday! The events that occur in these next few chapters will be shocking and out of control. (At least I think so, it may end up sound really lame and silly.)
Also are there any Catwoman fans out there? I sure hope so, because there is going to be a nice Toy Chest Tuesday coming up to celebrate the best thing that ever crossed paths with Batman.
So take a breather, do a lil SDCC stalking. Be sure to comment your thoughts on any of the reveals that speak the most to you and if Computer Programmers get you all hot and bothered, be sure to check out July's Heroic Hottie!
HOLD ON! I got delayed! I haven't read the entire previous issue of the She-Ra story yet! so I'm GLAD you aren't done with the new one yet! By the by, the Huntress is also a nice lady who crossed paths with the Batman -and if you, like me, like the animated series continuity (which u don't ,obviously cuz u never saw Batman Beyond) you would know that the best woman in Mr. Wayne's life was a miss Prince! Ya! That'a right! In the Bruce Timm Continuity Wonder Woman and Bats were a THING! My fave relationship he ever had was with her in the Justice League cartoon. Just one of the many reasons why the animated series continuity of the DC characters is the best version of DC.

Oh now that is interesting! I like the idea of Wonder Woman and Batman being a thing! I may have to look into those cartoons. I think the last DC cartoon i watched was Batman: The Animated Series from the '90s. I didn't really keep up with much anything else. I do like the Huntress though. And I will be looking for the Complex this Tuesday!
DeleteHmm, wasn't the Jem doll supposed to be brought out at this years Comic Con, I still need to start saving some money to get at least a Jem doll and not take it out of the box this time, lol, and btw, if I had car trouble, I'd be calling my Dad too! :)
ReplyDeleteWell they did show the new Jem doll, the exclusive one at SDCC. What was really new was the box for the doll, as images of the doll were already shown a few weeks before. To my knowledge that is the only information they had about any new dolls. I would imagine in the coming months Hasbro and Integrity will be releasing more info about the regular line up.

Well, I'm sure you will post more info on the dolls as it becomes available, you seem to be more on top of it than I am! lol, and yes, my Dad is, he picks me up from work, and he fixes my computer, etc, gotta love him :)

Had it not been for my friend txting, I probably would have been the last to know about the new Jem dolls. lol So I will do my best to post what I find out. And it sounds like you have a really nice dad! That is cool! Hope all is well!
